Ty Brewington, our founder, spent years at one of the world’s top consulting firms, leading projects for global corporations. But along the way, he noticed a gap—small businesses, the backbone of our communities, were often left without the strategic guidance they needed to thrive.
Determined to change that, Ty brought together a team of like-minded colleagues, all veterans of elite consulting firms. With years of experience solving high-stakes challenges, they traded the corporate boardroom for a mission with heart: empowering small businesses to reach new heights.
The name “Ridgecrest” reflects this mission—a crest is the turning point in a climb, a moment of transformation. That’s what we do for our clients. Today, Ridgecrest Consultants combines world-class expertise with a passion for helping small businesses scale, succeed, and soar.
